Live in production
Already doing the work, silently.
Not a demo. Aoibhe runs today behind the advisors at a live pilot brokerage, holding the whole book in view and doing the admin no one has time for.
A live brokerage’s whole book, read together — not 408 separate chats.
Pulled from chat and phone photos, across 515 documents read end to end.
An estimate — worth about €1,600 against a €42,000 loaded admin seat, at ten minutes a matter. The brokers we surveyed put the same work at twenty to thirty.
Measured on our first brokerage’s live book, 24 June to 14 July 2026, in production. 18,972 AI operations ran in that window — extraction, synthesis, triage and compliance checks — and none of them interrupted an advisor. A second brokerage is live and a third is at proposal. The early data is promising, and it’s meaningfully shaping how Aoibhe works.
“A 5-minute customer call needs 20–30 minutes writing notes and updating systems.”
How she works
From first message to signed trail.
Aoibhe gathers, cites, drafts and routes — she never advises and never binds. A licensed broker stays accountable for every consequential decision.
Every channel, one queue.
Email, WhatsApp, web chat, contact forms and your knowledge base flow into one structured queue — no imports, no data entry, no setup weeks.

The back-office work, done.
She reads the document the moment it lands, drafts the reply, books the appointment, and tracks every renewal and complaint deadline against the Central Bank rules.

The work behind the reply
Most of it happens when nobody is typing.
Answering enquiries is the part your clients see. The hours go somewhere else — into chasing, counting back from deadlines, and reading a book nobody has time to read.
Radar
LiveNothing sits unanswered
A client waiting three days on a quote. A commercial renewal nobody has chased in twelve. Radar sweeps every channel every six hours, or the moment you ask, and hands back a worklist instead of a nagging feeling.

Rolling outCounts back from the deadline, not from memory
A renewal is a regulated deadline with a notice period attached. The obligation resolves to a date, the statutory window is counted backwards, and the notice is drafted and waiting for your approval before it falls due.

Accountable by design
We arm the broker. We don’t replace them.
Aoibhe gathers, cites, drafts and routes. She never advises and never binds. A licensed human stays accountable for every consequential decision — the broker decides, Aoibhe surfaces and proves. In Europe that is the shape the regulators expect, and the one we built from the start.
Claims with injury, complaints with regulatory exposure, distress signals, anything she is uncertain about — escalated to a broker with structured context: what happened, what she collected, what she flagged, why. Every conversation closes with a task summary the team can act on without re-reading the chat.
Autonomous replying is opt-in, per channel.
It ships off. A brokerage turns it on for the channels it chooses, when it chooses. Until then Aoibhe prepares the work and a broker sends it.
Every outbound message passes the same check.
There is a single path by which anything reaches a client, and it fails closed. When a check cannot be satisfied the message does not go, and the brokerage gets a task instead of a surprise.
A broker replying freezes the thread.
The moment a person answers a client, Aoibhe stops working that conversation. No overlap, no second voice, no message sent underneath a broker mid-sentence.
Some things always go to a person.
Injury, complaints carrying regulatory exposure, signs of distress and anything with legal weight are routed to a broker with the context already gathered, regardless of what else is switched on.
